This is an English translation provided for convenience. If there is any discrepancy, the Spanish version prevails.
This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies (such as the browser's local storage) adrianmerah.com uses, in accordance with Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI).
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files or records that a website stores in your browser to remember information about your visit. Some are essential for the website to work; others are used, for example, to produce statistics and are only set if you accept them.
2. Cookies and technologies I use
| Name | Owner | Purpose | Type | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| amn-cookie-consent (local storage) | First party | Remembering your cookie choice | Technical, exempt from consent | 24 months; you are then asked again |
| amn-country (local storage) | First party | Remembering the country you choose (Spain or Mexico) to adapt the terminology | Preference chosen by the user, exempt | Until you delete or change it |
| _ga | Google (Google Analytics 4) | Distinguishing users for statistical purposes | Analytics, requires consent | 2 years |
| _ga_CP4TCK9P00 | Google (Google Analytics 4) | Keeping the session state | Analytics, requires consent | 2 years |
Google Analytics only loads if you accept analytics cookies. It is configured without Google signals or ad personalisation. Google may process data in the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. More information in Google's privacy policy.
3. Third-party services that load only if you use them
- Calendly (meeting bookings): nothing from Calendly loads until you click a booking button. When you open the calendar, Calendly may set its own cookies, for which it is responsible. See Calendly's cookie notice.
- MailerLite (newsletter and self-assessment): form data is sent to MailerLite only when you submit it. It does not set cookies on this website.
Fonts and all other resources are served from this domain, with no third-party connections.
4. How to accept, reject or change your choice
On your first visit you will see a notice with three options of equal size: Accept, Reject and Settings. You can change your decision at any time from Cookie settings, which is also available in the footer of every page. If you withdraw consent, Google Analytics is disabled and its cookies are deleted.
You can also delete or block cookies in your browser settings (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or others). If you block all of them, some features of the website may not work.
5. More information
The processing of data obtained through cookies is explained in the Privacy Policy. For any questions, write to info@adrianmerah.com.
